As one of Columbia’s Project Accountants, Alyssa’s role involves processing all job related requisitions associated with contracts and purchase orders. Accuracy and strong multitasking skills are essential to Alyssa, an expert on Columbia’s established accounting processes. Alyssa joined the company in 2012, and since that time she has become an integral member of the close-knit and hard-working accounting team. Her peers are one of the things she enjoys most about her job, additionally she was a valued member of the Columbia Cares Committee for three years, and she successfully contributed to many fundraising efforts including, a coat drive and a canned food drive.

Alyssa is an accomplished runner. When she is not in the office, you can find her training for races. In 2014, Alyssa ran her first half marathon in Walt Disney World. As a self-proclaimed dance mom, Alyssa also enjoys “running” her daughter to dance practices, competitions, and recitals. Her favorite motto, “She believed she could, so she did” is a testament to both her professional and personal achievements.
