"One thing I have noticed, working at Columbia, is that everyone puts forth their best effort for the company, striving for company success rather than individual success."

Bob Doyle

Superintendent

Joined Columbia in 2014

As a Superintendent with a decade of experience, Bob is responsible for helping with the management of the construction site, including all subcontractors and field staff.  Bob believes his role as a superintendent is essentially the face of Columbia out in the field, representing all aspects of the job to working closely with sub-contractors, project managers, and most importantly the client. He brings considerable management, quality assurance, team work, and training experience to the team with the added benefit of a background in architecture technology. Bob has provided his construction expertise to a variety of client types, including corporate, retail and hospitality clients. His attention to detail makes him a valuable addition to any project team, including his favorite Columbia project to date, the 95 Hayden Avenue in Lexington, MA for Shire Pharmaceuticals.

Bob would love to one day rent an RV with his family and road trip across the country.  Growing up, Bob’s dream job was to be an architect, and today in his career at Columbia he gets to enjoy first-hand the developmental stages a project undergoes to achieve success, his favorite part of construction.
