Joined Columbia in 2014   

In 2014 Emilia joined the Columbia team as an Assistant Superintendent, through her skills, hard work and knowledge, she was moved into the office as Assistant Project Manager in 2016. From start to finish on a job, Emilia is working with the team to stay on track, communicating with subconsultants and owners to keep them on budget and on time with a well thought- out schedule. Her field experience makes her an invaluable asset to the team. For Emilia, seeing the construction processes transform a design into a completed project is an awesome experience and she truly enjoys all of the challenges she incurs along the way.

There is no surprise that Emilia’s favorite motto is, “Whether a job is big or small, do it right or don’t do it at all,” as she is always consistent, dedicated, and personally motivated. When Emilia is not at work, you can find her cooking, hanging out with her dog, or binge watching Netflix. Emilia loves to travel, and hopes to visit as many of the World Heritage Sites that she can.
