"At Columbia I am given the opportunity to do what I am most passionate about which is build! "It's not really work if you love what you do."

Erik Julio

Superintendent

Joined Columbia in 2007

Being a Superintendent at Columbia with nearly two decades of experience, Erik works efficiently with project managers to effectively run and complete projects. Erik's main goal is to motivate subcontractors and ensure that they complete the project scope in a timely manner, while implementing Columbia’s safety policy. His strengths are providing overall leadership of on-site activities, ensuring a clean and safe work place, directing execution of work in accordance with project schedule, budget and quality goals. The seven year, three phase, multi-use project at Waltham Watch Factory was one of Erik’s many successful projects at Columbia. Known for his hard work and dedication, Erik believes with the right mix of old school style and new school knowledge, anything is possible. Erik is heavily involved in all his projects, and it is no surprise that one of Erik’s favorite quotes is, “Do your job.”

When he is not out in the field or in the office, Erik spends his time fishing, snowmobiling and riding or working on his Harley. Any Patriots game day is his favorite day of the week-GO PATS! Enjoying the football game with family and friends is something Erik could never give up.
