| Project Superintendent
"I love the challenges that each project and each day bring, knowing that I can count on my Columbia teammates to help."
Marty has been with Columbia since 2007 as a Project Superintendent. Having nearly thirty years of construction experience, Marty is an invaluable asset to Columbia. His role involves overseeing the construction site to effectively manage safety, scheduling, and logistics of a project. Marty believes in building lasting relations with owners, subcontractors, and design teams. Embracing jobsite challenges and building relationships with clients and colleagues is Marty’s favorite part of his work. For Marty his work on the restoration and redevelopment of the Waltham Watch Factory is one of his most significant project accomplishments at Columbia. Transforming an old mill complex from the 1800’s and remodeling it into a 20 century complex was exciting and challenging for Marty and his team.
When not on the field, or in the office, Marty is with his family. He enjoys family time along with watching the New England Patriots. He is a die-hard Pats fan, as his favorite motto is, “Do your job.” Marty’s two favorite places in the world are Cape Cod and Walt Disney World. He hopes to make Israel his third favorite place on earth, once he gets to visit.
