Rick joined the Columbia team in 2000 as a Superintendent. With nearly two decades of experience with commercial, institutional, industrial and residential projects, Rick is known for his professionalism and strong communication skills. His background includes overall field supervision, quality control, estimating, procurement and managing concrete crews. Rick understands client communications, worker safety, and quality control/quality assurance. As a superintendent, Rick is responsible for the overall management of the construction site, including all subcontractors and field staff. He also implements the schedule; reviews all approved shop drawings and related job correspondence/reports, and brings to the attention of our staff all conflicts, coordination problems and other relevant issues and suggest solutions.
