| VP, Division Manager, Interiors
“I truly believe that I work at the best Construction Management company in New England. Our family first philosophy is unique to our industry and the passion that our employees come to work with every day is not something that is duplicated by others. Our employees are empowered to make decisions and as a result a successful outcome to a situation is more rewarding to each and everyone involved.”
As Vice President overseeing Columbia’s Interiors Division, Shaun ensures that clients are being serviced the Columbia way from day one of preconstruction all the way to the project’s closeout. He also actively seeks out new opportunities and supports the career development of those on his team. Shaun thoroughly enjoys the variety of people he works with on a day to day basis; from owners, architects, engineers, OPMs, landlords and vendors to members of the Columbia team, he has the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of people and personalities. As a member of the Dana Farber Leadership Council, Shaun brings his positive outlook to all situations. He truly cares about every internal and external team member. Shaun’s career at Columbia has been all about growth - he has grown from his original position as a Superintendent to his current role as head of the Interiors Division, which he has helped grow and develop tremendously over the past six years.
A graduate of Northeastern, Shaun moved out of the city and up to New Hampshire, where he currently resides with his family. As the proud dad of three boys, he has found a passion for coaching a variety of youth sports including football, baseball and basketball. An athlete himself, Shaun finds the opportunity to have a positive impact on the younger generation (hundreds of kids over the past ten years!) extremely rewarding. We may be biased, but we think he is giving Belichick a run for his money in the coaching department!
