Boston Scientific recently transformed its Marlborough campus, consolidating several offices throughout Massachusetts onto one campus location. Columbia Construction oversaw a series of projects, including the construction of a new office building.
In collaboration with Margulies Perruzzi Architects, the team constructed the new, 110,000 square foot building to accommodate flexible office space with workstations, training areas, and meeting areas, all connected via an enclosed glass walkway to an existing building. The new building also features a large, two-story lobby.
Other projects on campus included the construction of a new cafeteria, as well as a new daycare center.
To celebrate the project’s completion in early October, Columbia and Margulies Perruzzi embarked on a video featuring key attributes of the project, as well as the project team.
