Columbia happily celebrated the Topping Off of NE Subaru's Headquarters in Norwood, MA. It was a beautiful day enjoyed by Columbia Construction, Gorman Richardson Lewis Architects, Boch Enterprises, as well as other team members.

Boch Enterprises’ new 165,000 sf state-of-the art headquarters for Subaru of New England is a signature project that includes a new, 3-story, 75,000 sf office building for executive offices, training and conference rooms, mechanic training areas, lunch room, and an employee fitness center. Additionally, a new 90,000 sf high-bay warehouse facility with advanced racking and retrieval systems is being constructed.

A striking façade of stone, metal panels, glass curtain wall, and strip windows will welcome customers to Subaru of New England. Leading-edge practices in sustainable design will make the facility a candidate for LEED® Platinum certification.
