Columbia Construction Company recently completed an expansion and renovation of Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod in Sandwich, MA. Work included a two-story, 6,230 sf addition and renovations to 12,800 sf of the existing 60-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital.

Working in collaboration with Margulies Perruzzi Architects, the expanded campus includes new physician exam/treatment rooms, outpatient therapy rooms, and a multi-purpose outpatient gym room. The inpatient area was also renovated and the lobby recieved a refreshed look and an improved flow.
