Cameron has a keen eye for detail and skillfully supports the project management team in coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring that all aspects of a project run smoothly. He first joined Columbia as a Co-op working in the Healthcare sector and happily transitioned to the Hospitality sector as an Assistant Project Manager upon graduating from Fitchburg State University. For Cameron, working in the construction industry is rewarding because it offers nearly instant gratification. Whether it’s seeing a loader in action, a steel beam being erected, walls being built, or fresh paint being applied, the results are immediate and satisfying. He appreciates his down-to-earth, straightforward, and realistic colleagues.
In his free time, Cameron enjoys woodworking and fishing, hobbies that create a true sense of fulfillment. Much like his work in construction, these hobbies offer hands-on experience and the satisfaction of creating something tangible and lasting. A dream come true for Cameron would be spending a day working on the farm his grandfather grew up on in Santa Maria, Portugal, paying tribute to his grandfather, his heritage, and his upbringing.
