With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry working as a Superintendent, Dave is a valuable asset to Columbia’s team, providing attention to detail and lending his extensive on-site experience to each project. Throughout his career he has managed several project types, including both renovation and new construction projects. Dave has worked in a variety of market sectors as well, including corporate, healthcare, academic, and retail clients. One of his major priorities is to ensure that clients are content throughout the projects duration and happy with the final product – this includes completing work on schedule! Dave enjoys the variety inherent in his work week, he has the opportunity to meet many different people and learns something new every day.

 When not at work, Dave can be found spending time with his family, including his five kids. In the summertime, he loves to visit Wingaersheek Beach in Gloucester with them and dig for clams and quahogs. An outdoorsman, Dave hunts and fishes in his spare time. Halibut fishing in Alaska is at the top of his bucket list.
