As a Superintendent, Dave supervises all types of trades while also overseeing and implementing project schedules, safety requirements, and quality control. With over 30 years of experience, Dave provides expertise in various areas of construction, including preconstruction, subcontractor scopes, buy-outs, and site logistics. Dave enjoys the challenges that come with three dimensional problem solving while onsite. He cites the MCLA Center for Science and Innovation as one of his most significant ground up projects to date. As an effective communicator, Dave’s solid relationships with clients, architects, owners, and subcontractors ensure the successful completion of his projects.
When not onsite, Dave enjoys staying active. He has competed in over a dozen triathlons over the past several years. Two of the races were Ironman 70.3 races, which means the distance he raced totaled an impressive 70.3 miles. One of Dave’s favorite quotes is, “there is no such thing as a stupid question." He believes the more that you are willing to admit that you don’t know, the more you will learn in the end.
