Erin joined Columbia's Safety team in 2025, bringing with her a strong background in inspection, safety documentation, and fostering a positive safety culture. Dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of workplace safety, she strives to create environments where every team member feels secure and empowered. A graduate of Keene State College with a BS in Safety and Occupational Health, Erin’s passion for the construction industry stems from its rewarding nature and countless opportunities to build meaningful connections and relationships. Every day brings unique challenges and fresh experiences, keeping her work dynamic and engaging.

Outside of work, Erin cherishes spending time with her family and friends. Whether she’s enjoying a day boating and fishing with family or catching up with friends over an iced coffee, these moments are especially rewarding. One of her favorite hobbies is candle-making with her best friend—a creative and relaxing way to recharge.
