Since joining Columbia in 2010 as the office receptionist, Jean has made it her top priority to make a positive first impression for Columbia’s customers, visitors, and future employees as she is the first voice and face that they encounter. Displaying her excellent verbal communication skills and her exceptional customer service talents is always Jean’s main focus when connecting callers with Columbia employees. After all, who wants to hear a drab and tired voice on the other end of the line? Jean’s friendly, professional, and polite personality makes her easily approachable and a perfect fit as Columbia’s official greeter.
When Jean is not at her desk you can find her doing many different activities such as, cooking, sewing, crocheting, walking, bicycling, and most importantly being with her family. It is no surprise that Jean’s favorite motto is, “smile and enjoy the little things in life for one day you will look back and realize they were the big things."
