Jim brings more than 25 years of construction related experience to the team. His extensive knowledge includes managing highly technical healthcare and commercial projects with budgets ranging from $250-$400+ million. On the jobsite, Jim leads and supervises operations including monitoring safety programs, as well as enforcing quality control, and preparing daily field reports. He also works hard to develop and maintain professional relationships and ensure proactive communication with all parties involved in the project. Known as a strong mentor, Jim enjoys training younger construction professional. For Jim, the physical hands-on aspect of his work is the most rewarding part of his job. Standing back and viewing a completed building that started off as a two-dimensional set of plans is thrilling for Jim.
Outside of work Jim’s favorite place to be is outdoors. From working around his house, to completing yardwork, and tinkering on his old truck, Jim likes to stay active to unwind. He enjoys spending time with his family and his Siberian Husky. For the ultimate in relaxation, nothing beats a cruise around town in his Oldsmobile 442. One day Jim hopes to take an Alaskan cruise and take in the glory of the stunning glaciers and amazing wildlife of Alaska.
