Jordan joined Columbia in 2024 as an IT Support Specialist. A recent graduate of UMass Lowell, he plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our technology systems. As a team player, Jordan enjoys the opportunity to help others and solve problems, ensuring that everyone can work efficiently and effectively. Providing support to end-users regarding computer systems and software allows him to learn new skills and gain fresh insights, which keeps his role exciting and dynamic.

Outside of the office, sports, particularly soccer and basketball, are a big part of Jordan’s life. Whether he is playing a friendly match with friends or cheering on his favorite teams, he enjoys the valuable lessons in teamwork and determination. Jordan also enjoys spending time with friends—from exploring new restaurants to enjoying a night of bowling, he appreciates the spontaneity and adventure. One day, he hopes to visit Europe and South America to experience the diverse cultures, stunning landscapes, and delicious food.
