With an educational background in architectural technology and nearly 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael brings a well-rounded and comprehensive skillset to the preconstruction team. Working closely with clients and architects on every stage of the preconstruction process, Michael carefully evaluates his projects to ensure strong preconstruction programming, conceptual budgets and competitive bidding. As a Preconstruction Manager, Michael is most drawn to the fast-paced and everchanging work environment. Known for his detailed oriented approach, Michael conscientiously breaks down and assesses every project feature and he prides himself on the intense awareness he has for all project elements.
A dedicated and fun-loving father and husband, outside of work Michael can be found spending his free time with his family. Passionate about architecture, design, and construction he also enjoys visiting new and old building sites any chance he gets. A self-proclaimed sneakerhead, he enjoys wearing retro style sneakers from his childhood and one day he hopes to own a small retirement home in Maine near the beach.
