Montrell joined Columbia in 2025 as a Systems Administrator, responsible for maintaining Columbia’s computer systems and networks. Known as a helper and go-to support specialist around the office, he excels at troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing system performance. For Montrell, working collaboratively with his colleagues to improve system reliability is fulfilling.

Outside of the office, Montrell enjoys spending time with family, traveling to warm destinations, and savoring good food. Relaxing on a beautiful beach or spending time by a serene lake is Montrell's ideal way to spend a day. The only thing that could make it better is indulging in his love of bread—a habit he can never give up.
