Pavneet began her career in the construction industry as a Columbia Co-op while studying Construction Management at Northeastern University. Upon graduation in 2021, she joined as an Assistant Project Manager and today she works directly with the team to develop and maintain project schedules. Additionally, she assists the Project Managers with the buyout, procurement, and submittal process and helps to build strong and lastly client relationships. For Pavneet the trust and confidence she receives from her colleagues to deliver high-quality work is crucial to keeping her engaged and excited about her work.

A self-proclaimed street food connoisseur, outside of work you can find Pavneet exploring quaint cafes and enjoying the indigenous flavors in the company of locals. Combining her love of history with her enthusiasm for traveling, Pavneet enjoys vacation adventures. One day she hopes to visit Norway to marvel at the renowned Aurora Borealis.
