Pru is a dedicated team player and a mathematical enthusiast who started his career at Columbia as a Co-op while studying for his MS in Construction Project Management at Northeastern University. Today, as an Assistant Estimator, he draws on his strong civil engineering and project management training to work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and co-workers to develop accurate budgeting and pricing for projects. He enjoys working with numbers and closely analyzing plans and specifications to gather in-depth project background. Pru’s collaborative approach to work, and his patient and respectful personality make him a natural fit in the busy preconstruction and estimating department.

A movie and tv fanatic, Pru enjoys spending his downtime at the theater or in front of a screen taking in the latest in pop culture entertainment. He believes the best ways to unwind is to hop in the car for a leisurely ride with great music, or to take a long walk with his camera and friends. A native of India, he has visited every neighborhood in Boston on foot. One day he hopes to have his parents come for a visit, so he can show off his alma mater and some of his project work; Pru is convinced they will love Massachusetts.
