A motivated Estimator with nearly 15 years in the industry, Raquel has extensive experience estimating and analyzing costs and budgets for various project types. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, she is highly regarded by her colleagues for her strong interpersonal skills, and her creative and proactive approach to problem solving. Raquel routinely goes beyond what is required and provides exceptional follow through on all her projects. In her role, she expertly manages budgets from start to finish and works closely with internal and external team members throughout the preconstruction life cycle.

Outside of the office, Raquel’s talents go well beyond budgets and spreadsheets. A gifted baker and “cake architect,” she enjoys designing elegant desserts and fun confectionary treats. Her creative side also extends to carpentry and home renovations - she is currently building an addition to her home.  A dedicated mom, her true passion lies with her family, including her two fur babies. Spending as much time as possible with her family – preferably outdoors – is Raquel’s favorite way to recharge and rejuvenate.
