Over his 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, Ray has successfully managed many fast-track interior fit up projects performed in occupied buildings. Ray, who says he enjoys the challenge of completing a fast paced job on time and on budget, has proven himself to be an invaluable asset to Columbia’s Interiors Division. As a Superintendent, he is responsible for the overall management of the construction site – from overseeing subcontractors to implementing the schedule to reviewing reports and drawings. Known by his co-workers for his take action attitude, Ray is willing to go to great lengths to ensure a successful project.

Ray stays active outside of the office by working out and playing basketball. He loves to spend time with his family, whether it be hanging out at the house or doing fun activities. Although Ray is currently living his childhood dream of working in construction, he hopes to someday retire up in Maine (they don’t call it ‘Vacationland’ for no reason!). Whether on the job or at home, Ray brings his positive can-do attitude to all aspects of life; he lives by the motto “Get it done!!!”
