Rick joined the Columbia team in 2000 as a Superintendent. With over two decades of experience, Rick is a model of leadership and versatility, and he has worked in multiple sectors on various projects, from hotels and residential buildings to the renewal of office spaces and different building types on college campuses. As a Senior Superintendent, Rick consistently demonstrates the values and principles inherent in the Columbia Way and he understands client communications, worker safety, and quality control/quality assurance. He is responsible for the overall management of the construction site, including all subcontractors and field staff. A believer in adhering to the strict project schedules, Rick reviews all approved shop drawings and related job correspondence to help coordination and keep projects moving on time.
