A collaborative leader, Roland brings 30 years of construction related experience to his role as Senior MEP Manager. Responsible for coordinating and managing all necessary MEP resources, Roland consciously works within budget and schedule constraints to meet project goals. His extensive experience spans work performance, quality, and overall progress in a variety of market sectors including healthcare, life sciences, performing arts, educational, transportation, water treatment, housing, and recreational. Always excited to tackle project challenges head on, Roland enjoys the unique circumstances and questions he handles with each project.

Outside of the office, Roland enjoys spending time with his wife and their three kids. A favorite vacation spot for them to relax and unwind is York, Maine. When he is ready to pick up the pace again, Roland also enjoys outings to the NHRA Drag Races at the New England Dragway.
