Sarah has supported project success in Columbia’s Interiors Division since 2015 by collaborating with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure that work is completed efficiently and on time. A graduate of Wentworth with a civil engineering background, she cites the Toy Maker and Corridor projects at MIT as learning experiences and great opportunities to further develop her skills. Besides the variety of projects that she works on, Sarah’s favorite part of her job is the people that she works with. It is safe to assume that the feeling is mutual, as she is well known at the office for her unwavering optimism and positive attitude; her co-workers sometimes question whether or not she is ever in a bad mood!
Sarah stays busy when she’s not at work by exploring the outdoors, trying new activities, and spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys seeing what the restaurant scene has to offer in various parts of the city, although she does hold Wendy’s close to her heart. Sarah lives by the quote “life is about making an impact, not making an income” by Kevin Kruse, and the desire to live life to the fullest is reflected in her attitude.
