Columbia has appointed Shawn Gallant to the newly established Chief Operating Officer role. Gallant, a twenty-three-year veteran of the firm, most recently served as Senior Vice President. He assumes the COO role immediately.

Gallant has worked in a variety of roles at Columbia since joining the company in 2001, when he was hired as a project manager. He later served as a leader on the Science + Technology team and as Vice President of the Interiors Group before assuming a company-wide Senior Vice President role with a focus on Operations. Gallant has worked on projects for Cell Signaling Technology, The Chiofaro Company, Microsoft, Raytheon, Siemens Healthineers, Sonos, and Wayfair to name a few.
