Columbia is pleased to share that Conor McGuire, Director of Sustainability, recently completed the Certified Passive House Builder (CPHB) Certification. As a CPHB, Conor is committed to decreasing the ecological footprint of a building and recognizing climate-specific building standards resulting in ultra-low energy buildings that require little energy for space heating or cooling.
