Constructech magazine recently held its annual Women in Construction award ceremony in Illinois. The event celebrated the accomplishments of 45 women who received this high honor. Columbia’s very own Siggy Pfendler was one of the recipients.

Siggy directs the Department of Virtual Construction at Columbia and utilizes her extensive knowledge of the construction process, as well as her advanced planning skills to manage the 3D MEP coordination process and other BIM processes for projects. Following her passion for technology and analytical inclination, Siggy guides Columbia’s use of new tools to enhance the BIM process and other workflows across the company.
