Siggy is not only a great leader and mentor among women in the construction industry, but she works to bring best practices, organization, innovation, and passion to Columbia. As Vice President of Improvement & Innovation, Siggy works with all departments to identify, define, and develop best practice workflows and deploy technologies that support and improve operational efficiencies across the company. With dual civil engineering degrees from Stanford University, Siggy’s background extends beyond the traditional means and methods found working at a construction management firm and includes the application of virtual construction software which is becoming increasingly necessary in the construction field as the role of technology matures across the industry.
