Throughout the year, Columbia will be running a series of blog posts featuring employees who are celebrating a significant anniversary with the firm. We are thrilled to start this series with someone who has been with us for 15 years – Gena Fullerton.

Gena is a Payroll Administrator in Columbia’s Accounting Department. She started with the firm back in 2005 as a receptionist. Realizing her potential, four months later she was offered a full-time position in the accounting department. Gena has been a valued team member at Columbia, learning through the years it is essential to be highly organized and a master of multi-tasking.

Proud mama, exercise enthusiast (when I have time)

Favorite summer or winter activity?
Summer. If I could walk Breakheart Reservation every day, if the weather was nice, I would!

Sticky pads + 2 staplers

Dog

Outside of the office you will likely find me…
With my family; either at my step-sons' sports game or taking a walk with my almost 1-year old son, Luca.

What have you liked most about working at Columbia?
They treat their employees like family. After 15 years, I can honestly say they have become family.
