Located in a newly constructed MOB, the Ambulatory Surgery Center offers more than 40 medical procedures. The Ambulatory Surgery Center is a partnership between local medical providers and one of the largest ASC operators in the U.S.

With the partners located outside of New England, Columbia coordinated construction, as well as served as the local liaison responsible for securing DHHS approvals. The project was completed on time and within budget.
