Located in the West Fenway neighborhood at Audubon Circle, this upscale condominium complex offers over 50 contemporary studios, along with one and two bedroom residences. Each layout allows for lots of natural light, and an open floor plan. Environmentally friendly bamboo flooring was installed throughout, in addition to individually controlled heat and central air conditioning, cable and internet-ready wiring. 
 
The building also offers tenants two floors of below-grade parking. This created some construction challenges as the building spanned an MBTA tunnel. Columbia carefully sequenced all construction activities without any interruptions to MBTA service.
