Working closely with user representatives, facilities staff, and the design team, we provided renovations to meet the needs of scientists and staff engaged in groundbreaking research on neurological disorders.

The existing office space, situated on the 2nd floor of 111 Cummington Mall, was thoughtfully remodeled to incorporate reception areas, computation rooms, collaborative spaces, conference rooms, offices, and meeting rooms for patients of the Center for Brain Recovery. The space has now been transformed into a DPH licensed Clinic (dry) facility.

The scope of work included demolition and abatement, and the addition of welcoming interior finishes, MEP/FP upgrades, and AV and security enhancements.
