Real estate and technology firm Groma relocated its headquarters to 31 New Chardon Street in preparation for its rapid growth in Boston. Columbia completed the 7,400 square foot office renovation to provide an upscale and collaborative workplace with appealing amenities to meet the expanding firm’s needs.
The headquarters includes open and private offices, a large conference/multi-purpose space, and a game room, gym, and locker rooms promoting employee team building and wellness. High-end features include imported Italian tile, wood and fabric wall coverings, custom light fixtures, and an impressive 8,000-pound carved stone reception desk.
The project’s complex details required Columbia to coordinate multiple trades throughout construction closely.
