The 175-185 Wyman Street corporate campus constructed for Hobbs Brook Management contains 335,000 sf of Class-A office space. Located off Route 128/95, the new LEED Gold campus offers a dynamic office environment as well as the best access to any office park on Route 128/95.

To build the new campus, a 330,000 sf structure was demolished and replaced with two new buildings, which offer its tenants an on-site fitness center, conference center, corporate dining, and both surface and underground parking.

Project highlights include a building exterior envelop consisting of metal panels, areas of full-height curtain walls, low-E windows with sunscreens, and a terracotta rainscreen wall panel system. A Dolphin Water Treatment System was also installed with thousands of feet of piping. The team also reused a 250,000 gallon fire protection storage tank for irrigation of the expansive green courtyards as part of this new 26-acre campus.

The team utilized BIM technology for the design and construction of these new buildings.
