Software development company HubSpot, Inc. sought to consolidate its headquarters by moving out of space at 25 First Street, which Columbia restored to building standard, to the nearby 2 Canal Street location. 

Renovations included a new corporate center serving as a hub for international meetings and summits. The space features acoustical panels procured from Sweden and millwork that utilized rustic reclaimed wood. The welcoming reception area contains high end finishes, bright colors, and a live moss wall. 

The building’s fifth floor was gutted and fit-up with design elements drawing inspiration from air, water and fire. A large atrium features a sizeable meeting space and an A/V studio with a 360° infinity wall.
