Located in the City’s Theatre District at One Avenue de Lafayette, the hotel is a busy destination for travelers and theatre patrons. Columbia managed the phased renovation of the lobby and several meeting rooms for the Hyatt Regency Boston.

To expand their guest services and amenities, the Hyatt completely refurbished the lobby level, including the Avenue One restaurant. Several meeting rooms, pre-function and circulation spaces on this level were also renovated. The Thomas Jefferson Grand Ballroom, the Adrienne de Lafayette Ballroom, and the hotel’s Conference Center were also reconfigured and updated with modern amenities and finishes, providing over 30,000 sf of meeting space across four levels of the hotel.
