Integra LifeSciences, a surgical and medical instrument manufacturing company, expanded and relocated their office and manufacturing facility on a compressed schedule.
Phase 1 entailed the fit-out of a variety of closed and open offices, conference rooms and collaboration zones, a cafe large enough to hold “town hall” meetings, and a CrossFit training facility. 13 skylights were installed to infuse the space with as much natural light as possible.
Phase 2 included renovations to the remaining portion of the building to include cleanrooms, R&D, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, and warehousing space, as well as the installation of all new mechanical systems, a RODI system, a distilled water system, and other building infrastructure upgrades to support the needs of the manufacturing space.
