Located in the "innovation village" of the Ames Business Park, L3 Open Water Power, developer of a novel aluminum-water platform technology for undersea power generation, expanded and renovated their research and office space. The areas include a machine shop, an electrical lab, a R&D lab for prototype manufacturing and testing, as well as closed and open office spaces.
