Columbia worked in partnership with Wingate, C3, HDS Architecture, and RD Jones to construct a new residential building in the Mission Hill area of Boston. The six-story building features 115 units comprised of studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a common area club room, meeting room, fitness center, outdoor courtyard, roof deck, and 111 parking spaces with 73 below-grade and 38 at-grade spots.
Located next to an existing 14-story apartment building also owned by Wingate, the complex is steps to the MBTA Green and Orange Lines and multiple bus routes. An existing 175-space above-grade parking garage was demolished to construct Longwood II Residences.
