15 years after Columbia served as Construction Manager for the remodel of Newton Dental Associates’ office, the practice again entrusted Columbia to manage their office revitalization and expansion. Completed in two phases over eight weeks, Columbia took all necessary measures to minimize the impact on the practice during construction. 

The project’s first phase included the addition of several new dental operatories, as well as a new training room with cafe seating for employees. Phase two focused on the renovation of the reception area which required operations to be suspended temporarily and work completed on a fast-track schedule to resume business as quickly as possible.
