As part of One Lincoln’s repositioning, Columbia created a marketing suite, which serves as a model office space for prospective tenants to tour, showcasing what the 36 floor skyscraper has to offer.

The suite is comprised of conference rooms, huddle rooms, lounges, an executive office, and a cafe/kitchenette, featuring high-end finishes and furniture. Stylistic elements include wood slat ceilings, glass office fronts, and wood wall panels. A raised putting green is a fun and interactive highlight.

Work also included elevator lobby and restroom upgrades, mechanical re-work, electrical improvements and plumbing upgrades.
