The Hub on Causeway is a mixed-use development containing over 1.8 million square feet of retail, office, hotel, and residential space adjoining Boston’s North Station. Columbia partnered with building owner BXP to build out spec suites on the 11th floor of The Hub’s office tower. The full-floor of spec suites includes four separate spaces, each with a distinct design. 

Each suite is comprised of cafés, open office space, conference rooms, and private offices. Custom millwork packages included waterfall tabletops, planters, wood plank ceilings and wall panels, quartz backsplashes and wellness room cabinetry. Build out also included the elevator lobby. 

Heating and cooling is provided by a combination of fin-tubed radiator perimeter heating units, and overhead chilled beam units.
