Over 800 guestrooms and luxury suites, 600 bathrooms including bathtub to shower conversions, and corridors were completely modified, delivering an entirely revitalized guest experience at this 36-story hotel in the heart of downtown Boston. 

Due to the logistical challenges, Columbia managed the handling, receiving, and distribution of all equipment and materials at an off-site storage location. Project sequencing was carefully phased to allow the hotel to remain fully operational throughout construction.

In addition to completing this $20.8 million transformation on-time in five-and-a-half months, Columbia successfully completed two other major renovations totaling over $16 million at the hotel within the past 10 years.
