As Vice President of Procurement, Rosemary has a deep understanding of operations and works hard to stay up to date with the latest market trends. She collaborates with trade partners on procurement to keep our projects highly organized and thoroughly coordinated. Rosemary’s comprehensive training in all aspects of project management, combined with her background in architecture, allows her to bring a unique perspective to Columbia’s most challenging and sophisticated projects. Known by her colleagues for her reliability and sense of humor, she consistently stays on top of her responsibilities and is always willing to help team members in any way she can.

Outside of the office, Rosemary prioritizes spending time with family and friends. Her twins, Michael & Briella, are double the fun and always keep her smiling. Her puggle, Jade, is also an important part of the family! Rosemary also enjoys spin classes, attending sporting events, cooking, and eating great Italian food. Her homemade Nutella pizzelles are a hit in the office during the holiday season!
