Dassault Systèmes’ new North American headquarters consolidates all office and R&D locations for nearly 800 employees onto a single corporate campus. A world leader in 3D and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, the facilities support their cutting-edge technologies and includes a state-of-the-art data center and computer labs, a media lab to display products and services, and a 3DEXPERIENCE Lab with digital fabrication space designed and set up in collaboration with MIT Center for Bits and Atom. The Fab Lab enables startups to accelerate their concepts by providing access to physical space and fabrication tools.

Complex mechanical and electrical building systems were installed to support the company’s business functions. Systems designed with duplication of critical components ensure there is no downtime, including standby generators, an uninterruptable power supply system, and a flywheel backup system. The overall energy usage in the building is 29% lower than average through a combination of high-efficiency roof-top units and boilers.
