Boston Healthcare for the Homeless Program is committed to providing the highest quality health and dental care for homeless individuals and families in greater Boston. The clinic modernization and renovation supports the care of the over 11,000 patients treated annually.

Managing both the Dental and Clinical Renovations at 780 Albany Street concurrently, Columbia worked in phases in the active clinic to rework existing spaces and upgrade with new millwork, lighting, and equipment The modifications included both architectural and MEP/FP upgrades to accommodate the new layout and dental vendor equipment. The clinic renovations included a new dental operatory, as well as modifications to four existing dental operatories with equipment substitutions and finish improvements. 

Columbia’s planning and budgeting ensured the best approach with the least amount of cost to meet the clinic’s goals and funding limitations.
