During the last 10 years Eisai embarked on a series of renovation and expansions at their Andover, MA campus. Established in 1995, Eisai has rapidly grown to become a leader in the pharmaceutical industry. Guiding them through their facility needs, Columbia Construction was involved in several construction projects campus-wide.

Focusing on the research and development of Eisai’s products, the Andover campus has many specialized facility needs. Columbia has provided our construction expertise within a number of areas, including R&D laboratories, cleanrooms, Class 1|Division 1 and Class 2|Division 2 warehouses, as well as offices and support spaces.

As a leading manufacturer of ground breaking drug therapies, it was imperative that all construction work performed on Eisai’s busy, fully occupied campus, be implemented without downtime or disruption. Columbia met all project goals by properly communicating and thoroughly coordinating with all project team members and Eisai’s facilities personnel.
